Women in Product

Women in Product is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in product management and championing equal representation in the tech industry. Their flagship conference brought over 2,500 product leaders to The Hilton Union Square in San Francisco to celebrate and amplify the impact of women in product roles.

We collaborated closely with key stakeholders and the executive board to design and execute a strategic, high-impact event. Our work included securing sponsorships through strategic partnerships, crafting immersive branding and thematic experiences, and integrating innovative technologies such as remote live captioning, interactive installations, and a custom event app to boost engagement and streamline operations.

In partnership with the hotel, we also implemented eco-conscious initiatives—ranging from waste reduction efforts to carbon offset programs and the use of sustainable materials—delivering a memorable and environmentally responsible event experience.
